Lewis County Middle School serves grades six through eight with an approximate enrollment of 470. Our goal is to provide students with the education they need to be successful in life.  We guarantee hard work, a caring environment, and a dedication to the students' education.

Lewis County (Vanceburg) is located in the Northern Kentucky River Region, approximately 90 miles northeast of Lexington, 90 miles southeast of Cincinnati, Ohio, and 60 miles west of Huntington, West Virginia.  Founded in 1806, Lewis County is named for Meriwether Lewis of the Lewis & Clark expedition.  For more information about Lewis County, see the Web Resources page.
